ジョエルが秋田県五城目町立第一中学校の竣工記念ソングとして書いた一曲。生徒からこの曲に詰めたい想いを募集、力強く、逞しく、未来への希望を感じさせるものに書き上げました。五城目中学校では朝の会で歌い続けられており、五中の卒業生にとっては故郷を思い出す一曲となっています。CDジャケットや歌詞カードのデザインにもジョエルの五城目町に対する想いが載せられています。

This song was written by Joelle to commemorate the completion of the new Gojome Junior High School building in Akita Prefecture. Students turned in some words to be used in the song and this powderful song with full of hope for the future was created. Gojome Junior High School students sing this song at an morning assenbly, and it has become a reminder of home for graduates of the junior high school. The album jacket was personally designed by Joelle and reflect Joelle's feelings toward the town of Gojome.

The River
五城目出身のギターリスト本間貴士氏が五城目を流れる馬場目川を想い書き上げた曲にジョエルが作詞を想いを載せた。雄大でありながら、母の様に優しく流れる馬場目川を感じられる曲です。CDジャケットや歌詞カードの絵はジョエルが五城目との思い出を描いたものです。

The River
Takashi Honma, a guitarist from Gojome, wrote this song in memory of the Babame River that flows through Gojome, and Joelle later wrote the lyrics. The song is majestic, but at the same time, you can feel the Babame River flowing gently like a mother.
